Fannie is listed as head of household, Newton as husband. At some point Newton had a stroke, so it may have been during this period. He's working as a mechanic. Son John, 28, and daughter Dollie, 17, are living with them as well as their daughter Margaret's small family. Margaret, 22, has married Leslie D. Evans, 31, a photographer. They have one daughter, Lois, 2.

Fannie is living with her son Frank, his wife Willie, and their children Esther, 17; and Frank, 2-11/12.
Mrs. Sarah Frances Maxwell, widow of N. T. Maxwell, passed away at 6 o'clock Sunday evening at the residence of her son, Frank Maxwell where she made her home. She had been ill about three weeks. The funeral was announced for 3 o'clock Monday afternoon at the residence, 184 East Price street, conducted by Dr. W. M. Wright of First Baptist church with interment at Evergreen cemetery. Pallbearers are C. Beavers, Gayther Rodgers, R. L. Patton, Clifford Bailey, L. L. Floyd, Buster Stephenson and John Allen. Manton-Fry funeral home having charge. Mrs. Maxwell was born in Washburn, Bear county, Mo., January 14, 1847, and came to Paris December 24, 1894. Her husband died here September 13, 1920. She leaves these children; Frank Maxwell and Mrs. L. D. Evans, Paris; Johnnie Maxwell, Ft. Smith, Ark., and Mrs. P. D. Reilly of Ft. Worth. There are 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
