Cleatus Highnote Busby's Obituary [23 OCT 1998 - ReporterNews.com]
HASKELL -- Cleatus Highnote Busby, 78, lifelong Haskell County resident, died Wednesday in a local hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Trinity Baptist Church with Kenneth Blair officiating. Burial will be in Willow Cemetery, directed by Holden-McCauley Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Busby was born in Knox City and graduated from Haskell High School in 1937. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and was the widow of Luther Highnote, whom she married in 1943 in Junction.
Survivors include two sons, David Highnote and Billy Mac Carrigan, both of Abilene; two brothers, O.M. McLain of Dallas and Bob McLain of Grapevine; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Billy Mack Carrigan's Obituary
ABILENE -- Billy (Mac) Carrigan, 65, died Friday, January 16, 2004 in a local hospital. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday at Tye Baptist Church with Reverend Jack Riddlehover officiating. Burial will be in Potosi Cemetery, directed by Starbuck Funeral Home in Merkel. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Billy was born December 12, 1938 in Knox City to J.P. and Cleatus McLain Carrigan. He graduated from Haskell High School and moved to Abilene area in 1965. Billy worked for Key City Vending for 13 years and 11 years until his retirement for Taylor County.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce of Abilene; two daughters, Debra Hart and husband Kelly of Hawley and Debbie Rigsby and husband Dale of Aurora, Colorado; two sons, John McCutchan of Melbourne, Australia and Rick McCutchan of Dallas; four granddaughters, Darci Jordan, Dana Rigsby, Melissa Shaw, and Kamie Hart.
Pallbearers will be Shane Priddy, Richard Malone, Mike Malone, Kim Parson, Scotty Cook, J.R. Parks, and Tim Richards.
The family would like to thank Parker 3 floor and Hospice for all their wonderful love and care.

Cleatus was named after a first lieutenant that her father served with in World War I.
